We have safely arrived at our new mountain home on the date of our one month anniversary. Our three-bedroom is perched in a true mountain town. Stout collegiate architecture is tucked aside curvy roads sculpted by the landscape. The river runs through the heart of town. Our hills are lush with tall, fluffy trees, deer, and symphonic compositions by frogs, crickets, and other whirring mountain bugs. We spend the day running around town in search of things to outfit our new nest, and at twilight lightning bugs flit beneath the great tree rooted in our backyard.
There are many stories to share form the road, but we are awaiting a steady internet connection later next week. We'll keep you updated!
